Please ensure your ring size is correct at the point of ordering as this cannot be changed once we have ordered as all our rings are custom made to size as per each order. If you are unsure, please request a returnable ring sizer and we will send this with your kit to be returned with your milk. You can do this in place of inputting a ring size on the ring size drop down menu. If you have requested a ring sizer and the ring required is smaller or larger than the sizes we have on our drop down menu; then we will not be able to offer you the ring in the size required. 

If the ring size is incorrect, a charge of £30 - £50 (dependant upon the ring) will be charged to order a replacement in the correct size.

Please be aware that we have a 4 to 8 week turnaround on all our resin keepsake items (excluding Christmas – please check the home page during the Christmas period for up to date advice). This begins from the date we receive your inclusions – NOT the date your order was placed

If a plated version of this ring is requested, please be aware this is a thin plating over a sterling silver band; over time the colour will wear back to sterling silver. Replacements or refunds will not be offered for the plating wearing.
