If you are sending ashes we will send a small collection bag to collect these safely; all other inclusions can be sent directly to us - please refer to the confirmation email automatically sent to the email address provided when your order has been placed.
Please note that adding engraving may add up to an additional 3 weeks to your turnaround time. This is because we need to send it to the engravers once we recieve your jewellery from the supplier.
