This pendant is in the shape of a fishing hook, with a channel within the pendant to hold your inclusions. The total dimension of the entire hook is 13 x 23mm. This pendant is available in sterling silver, rose gold plated sterling silver, black rhodium plated and gold plated sterling silver. The pendant comes on an 18" sterling silver curb chain to match your pendant finish, or you can opt for a leather strap. 
 
You will also find all available colours used as  a base in memorial pieces in the images, along with all the available optional additions I'm able to add to breastmilk pieces. If you would also like to add hair and umbilical cord to your pendant, this is also an option and can be sent direct with your breastmilk kit.
