The cut off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is the 31st October. We will be continuing to accept orders, but beyond this date can no longer guarantee your item will be ready in time for Christmas. (We will of course continue to try and complete and send as many orders as we are able right up until our closure date. Any outstanding will be completed as a priority when we reopen after Christmas).

Please see below for exceptions to this cut off as we may still be able to guarantee certain memorial items. We also have gift vouchers available

We will be closing our workshop and office on the 15th December, and reopening on the 1st January. We will still be accepting orders every day of the year, right through the Christmas period and I will be on hand to respond to any email or website queries; however any kits due to be posted from the 16th December - 31st December will not be posted until we reopen on the 1st January. Similarly, no physical gift vouchers or orders will be complete or posted within this 2 week period. Phone lines will also be unavailable during these two weeks, so please Whatsapp, email or message us via the chat feature if you require our help during our closure period.

If you require a voucher to gift on Christmas day after our closure, please ensure you select 'eGift voucher' and this will be emailed to you immediately. 

All breastmilk and clothing items are included in the 31st October cut off date; however there are some memorial items that are an exception to this. Memorial inlay rings (if in stock), and some other memorial jewellery and ornamental keepsake pieces may be guaranteed until 15th November. Please get in touch to verify if required. 

Although we now may not be able to guarantee a completed item for Christmas after the cut off date - we do offer beautiful physical and eGift vouchers to gift instead; you can choose your monetary value and the receiver can choose their item upon ordering.

Physical vouchers - These are available in monetary values, or you can order a specific item and request one of these vouchers in your order notes at checkout, and we will send one along with your kit. If ordering a specific item, please order the chosen piece as normal and request a gift voucher in the order notes rather than ordering via the voucher link.

eGift vouchers - These vouchers will be emailed to you immediately after checkout. They contain a unique code that can be input in the 'Redeem gift voucher' section on the payment page (not promo code). You can opt to have this sent direct to your recipient, or forwarded to your own email address to then forward at a later date, or just pass on the unique code.
