The important bits.
As all our items are made using recycled clothing, they cannot be CE tested or certified and as such are not designed for play. These items are for keepsake purposes only.
Postage will be applied at checkout - if ordering over a certain amount postage will be FREE. It will state at checkout whether you qualify for free postage.

You can spread the cost of your payments using the following; Laybuy, Clearpay or Klarna at checkout.

If you are ordering a ring from our breastmilk or keepsakes section, please take care to ensure that you order the correct size/ as if the ring is an ill fit due to a sizing error of your own, we will not be able to replace it for you without charge, The cost for replacements is between £40 and £60 depending on the ring ordered. We are able to send out ring sizers (these do need to be returned) to help you find your ring size, if required.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your approximate wait time (please check your junk folder if you don't receive this), as turnaround times do vary dependent upon current demand. If you require your order for a specific date such as for birthdays or anniversaries, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Please note we will not prioritise or rush through any orders for key dates such as mother's day or Christmas if your request pertains to any key events such as the exampels given; the usual wait times will apply and we recommend ordering well in advance of these days to ensure your order will be ready in time.

Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds unless there is a serious, irreplaceable or irrepareable fault with any of your items. We will be happy to discuss your options in the unlikely event you do have an issue with anything we have created; but a refund will not be offered in most instances. If a refund is offered, then the original item must be returned to us.
