How to order custom
The ordering and design process
If you’re dreaming of a bespoke piece — jewellery, a keepsake, or something completely unique, simply get in touch with your idea. I’ll guide you through a personal consultation, then work with my design team to create a CAD mock-up for your approval. Once you’re happy, I’ll provide a final quote and custom listing, keeping you updated each step of the way. Please note; custom orders may take up to ten weeks for jewellery and follow normal turnaround times for clothing.
