NHS & Midwifery Support
Scarborough Hospital is our flagship partnership, where I work directly alongside bereavement midwives to support families experiencing pregnancy, birth and baby loss. This collaboration has been developed to sit gently within existing aftercare, offering families meaningful remembrance options without adding pressure or additional responsibility to clinical staff.
Each department receives a small collection of example keepsakes, including jewellery pieces and a weighted birthweight memory teddy, allowing parents to see and feel what can be created. Midwives are provided with a full information pack containing brochures, business cards and clear guidance, enabling them to confidently signpost families while all enquiries and orders are handled privately and directly by me.
The process is designed to be seamless. There is no administration, ordering or follow-up required from staff — simply a trusted recommendation when families ask what options are available.
As part of this partnership, 10% of every NHS referral sale is returned directly to the hospital’s bereavement department to support the continued care they provide. Families and supporters may also choose to make an additional donation if they wish.
This model is now being prepared for rollout to further hospitals across the UK, with the aim of offering the same gentle, accessible support to more families nationwide.
Funeral Director Partnerships
I offer funeral directors a simple, fully managed way to integrate memorial jewellery and keepsakes into your existing services, without adding administration or extra workload to your team.
Each enquiry begins with a clear information pack explaining how the collaboration works and how the service fits seamlessly alongside your arrangements. If you choose to proceed, you’ll then receive dedicated materials including a private, password-protected browsing website for your families, business cards and a professional poster for in-house display, a reference brochure with the full product range for your team, and access to streamlined ordering forms.
Families can explore the collection discreetly during appointments or in their own time at home, while all communication, production and fulfilment are handled directly by me from start to finish.
The website, printed materials and ongoing support are provided at no cost, creating a professional, hands-off solution that complements your care. Optional in-house display pieces are available if desired.
Veterinary Practice Support
I offer veterinary practices a simple, discreet way to support families following pet loss, without adding administration or extra responsibility to your team.
Each practice receives a small selection of example keepsakes, business cards, leaflets, a professional in-house display poster, and clear information about how the service works for your reference. You simply share the option when appropriate, and families contact me directly. All communication, ordering and fulfilment are managed privately by me from start to finish.
This provides a gentle, compassionate extension to your aftercare, with no commitment or ongoing workload required.
For practices wishing to integrate the service more fully, a structured partnership model — similar to my funeral director collaborations — is available on request.
