Turnaround time is approximately 2 to 4 months from the date your clothing is received. Please clearly mark your parcel on the outside with your name and order number to ensure it’s safely identified without needing to be opened.

Any unused clothing items will be returned. Scrap fabric (any clothing we've had to cut into) is only returned upon request.
